No. Rolando is the receptionist at Utica. Karen says "Thanks, Rolando" when he tells her that Stanley is on the phone.

No i agree with Chel and i think Jim said Rolando shhh! When he saw Karen and it is amazing Michael be a genius well he is a genius at making movies like: Lazy Scranton, the faces of Scranton and the Commercial

Rolando is the best name ever. Say it. Rolando. I'll have to re-watch the episode to see who, in fact, WAS named Rolando, cuz I definitely left the room for a bit. Almost couldn't finish watching the episode... but I'll re-watch it sometime.

All I can hear Karen say is "Thanks." I didn't hear her say "Thanks Rolando." And why would he call Pam and tell her what happened? Is there a Dunder Mifflin Receptionist Club too? =D

When i saw it i also thought it was another receptionist and that the name was Rholanda but it would be awesome if it was the camera guy. It's cool to think that the crew could be friends with the employees.

Well, I can't change it on the pick, but now I want to know why the Utica receptionist is calling Pam. That doesn't make sense.

I'm always interested when they trickle us information about family.

Rolando isn't the cameraman, he's the receptionist at the Utica branch.

Rolondo is the receptionist, right at the beginning of the episode he answers the phone at the Utica branch and says, "Hello. This is Rolando. Yes she's been expecting your call."

Maybe there is a DM Receptionist club... that or they know each other pretty well by phoning the other branches for company-wide info of one type or another.

I could be wrong, but I thought that Rolando was the receptionist at Utica.

Rolando probably called the Scranton branch to ask why they would break into their warehouse, and just ended up talking to Pam about what the guys did.

You know the only reason Toby is a member of the club is to be with Pam. Like Oscar said, "besides having sex with men, the Finer Things Club is the gayest thing I do."

I was so suprised that Jim has a brother. What I am wondering is, does he live in Scranton, and if he does, why didn't we see him at Jim's party in E-Mail Survaillence, or heard about him until now.
Wait a minute, I just had a thought. Maybe Jim lied about having a brother just so he could get his cellphone back. Michael wasn't going to pull over, so that lie would have been the perfect cover.

I want to meet his brother!! I want to see if he's just as cute :)
