not me i think it would have made the show a lot better for the viewers ! <3 we like drama and it would have made the whole situation a lot sadder and he still loved her so it doesnt change much in my point of view it just would have made moree sense ! <3

I agree with Jenna. It would have made the dying scene SO much more sadder and intense with Marissa dying in Ryan's arms. Plus, I think if they got together, it would be SO different. I think they would have learned from their mistakes, and eventually have gotten married like Summer and Seth did at the end of the 4th season. Marissa and Ryan were star crossed lovers, or else they never would have met at the end of their "Parents" driveway. They liked each other from the moment they first met, it was meant to be! :).

ryan really deserved a better girl then marissa in that season! she was a total ASS (usually i say this about guys, but she was!)! :S

I totally agree with everything that Jenna said... the scene would be much more intense, and like she said the viewers love drama!!!
I don't think if they were together at the time Ryan would be worst... I mean he loved her the same and those feelings can't be erased just because they weren't together...
