There were other Amazing Jokers, but in my opinion Heath was the best <3 and no one will ever top him.

There were other great Jokers...but Heath's performance is legendary.

There just 3 jokers, and of course the Joker of the comics, but the problem is that Heath Legder WAS and IS the BEST Joker ever!
and desmariemay they were medicinal drugs by the way. He died =( but it's not his fault.

Jack Nicholson is the joker! Heath did an amazing job, really, really good. Yet Jack had all the characteristics of the orignal and best joker!

There are a lot of other Jokers I loved way before Heath's. Don't get me wrong Heath did a great job, but i like all that is Joker not just him.

Everyone thinks a different one is the best, so the only fair way for me to think about it is they're all equally great. Just people have, like I said, have different favorites (:.

All jokers are good but Heath was the best. There are more Heath Jokers because he is the most recent. I think Cesar and Heath are the best though. Nicholson just freaks me out it's his smile.

I think ppl who say that are just afraid of trends, and want to look cooler than ppl who may only know the most famous portrayal. He may be more popular, but sometimes that's for a reason. This is one of those instances.

I agree that there are other jokers because that much is obvious, but the reason Heath Ledger was such a hit is because he carried the Joker out the way he was supposed to be. He was supposed to be very dark, heck all of Batman was supposed to be very dark. He did the darkness with an amazing "I don't care" attitude which also had a little "live to have fun" in with it. The way he carried out those attitudes was absolutely spectacular.

If you've actually read the comic books then you would know that the Joker isn't only dark, but he's super funny. He cracks jokes whenever he can. Heath's Joker didn't really capture his funny, wacky side which was disappointing. But he was good.

While I do like Heath's performance the most, I do think we need to include more Jokers.
