Also "Mad World" by: Gary Jules for the whole series. As dicho in the song "...the dreams in which I'm dying are the best I've ever had..." It's a beautiful song, really makes tu think of the reaping.
Personally, if anyone has heard of Murder City por Green day, that would make a great theme song for Catching Fire. Seriously "the clock strikes midnight in the Murder City"
Okay, not the best but it reminds me of Katniss's choices between Peeta/Gale and what she knows of amor and all the confusing feelings between Peeta and Gale throughout the whole series.
Katniss and how she feels about Peeta is described por the song "Make Me Wanna Die" sung por The Pretty Reckless. Also, the destroyed state of her mind throughout Mockingjay reminds me of "I'm So Sick" por Flyleaf. A song that fits all of the characters of these libros is "Lift Me Up" por Kate Voegele (even mentions ashes and flames!) :) Oooh and also "The cuervo & the Butterfly" por Shinedown (for Rue and Prim dying).
I think the entire album "The Resistance" por muse would suit the Hunger Games really well. But if I had to pick one, it would be: "Uprising" Because it's practically screams REBELLION! "Unnatural Selection" reminds me of how it is between the Capitol and the districts. "Resistance" reminds me of Katniss's amor problems. All the other songs remind me of different parts of the story.

btw this video isn't really in relation to the Hunger Games. It's just the offical clip to the song.
I still remember this moment In the back of my mind The time we stood with our shaking hands The crowds in stands went wild
We were the kings and the queens And they read off our names The night tu danced like tu knew our lives Would never be the same
tu held your head like a hero On a history book page It was the end of a decade But the start of an age
Long live the walls we crashed through While the kingdom lights shined just for me and you I was screaming, long live all the magic we made And bring on all the pretenders, one día we will be remembered
I said, remember this feeling I passed the pictures around Of all the years that we stood there on the sidelines Wishing for right now
We are the kings and the queens tu traded your baseball gorra, cap for a crown When they gave us our trophies And we held them up for our town
And the cynics were outraged Screaming, this is absurd 'Cause for a moment a band of thieves In ripped-up jeans got to rule the world
Long live the walls we crashed through While the kingdom lights shined just for me and you I was screaming, long live all the magic we made And bring on all the pretenders, I'm not afraid
Long live all the mountains we moved I had the time of my life fighting dragones with you I was screaming, long live the look on your face And bring on all the pretenders, one día we will be remembered
Hold on to spinning around Confetti falls to the ground May these memories break o fall
And tu take a moment Promise me this That you'll stand por me forever But if God forbid fate should step in
And force us into a goodbye If tu have children someday When they point to the pictures Please tell them my name
Tell them how the crowds went wild Tell them how I hope they shine
Long live the walls we crashed through I had the time of my life with you
Long, long live the walls we crashed through All the kingdom lights shined just for me and you And I was screaming, long live all the magic we made And bring on all the pretenders, I'm not afraid
Singing, long live all the mountains we moved I had the time of my life fighting dragones with you And long, long live the look on your face And bring on all the pretenders, one día we will be remembered
Hmm, I prefer Linkin Park's "Waiting for the End", I think it suits the trilogy pretty well, and I think it sings out the defiance and the struggle, and the pains of past and the reluctance to let it go
hmmm... a load of METRIC songs (help im alive, front row, blindness, stadium love, eclipse {all yours}, satellite mind, collect call, gimme sympathy) my amor por sia (to be played when SPOILER!! the bombs go off and katniss and gale are wrenched apart in the war in slow motion) hello world por lady antebellum (when rue dies *sniffle*) secrets por onerepublic (peeta and katniss slow dancing) uprising por muse (badass estrella squad moment in mockingjay!!!) the only exception por paramore (sad moments in katniss's amor life) firestarter por Boston & Bosco (another badass estrella squad moment) wow thats a long list
If tu take a life do tu know what you'll give? Odds are tu won't like what it is When the storm arrives would tu be seen with me por the merciless eyes of deceit?
I've seen ángeles fall from blinding heights But tu yourself are nothing so divine Just siguiente in line
[Chorus] Arm yourself because no-one else here will save you The odds will betray you And I will replace you tu can't deny the prize it may never fulfill you It longs to kill you Are tu willing to die?
The coldest blood runs through my veins tu know my name
If tu come inside things will not be the same When tu return to the night And if tu think you've won tu never saw me change The game that we've all been playing
I've seen diamonds cut through harder men Than tu yourself But if tu must pretend tu may meet your end
[Chorus]
The coldest blood runs through my veins
Try to hide your hand Forget how to feel Forget how to feel
Life is gone with just a spin of the wheel Spin of the wheel
[Chorus]
The coldest blood runs through my veins tu know my name [Repeat: x7]
I agree with a lot of the suggestions here, I also think "Born To Die" por Lana Del Rey fits the whole trilogy. Especially the first line: "feet don't fail me now, take me to the finish line". For Rue's death I think "If I Die Young" is perfect.
I think perhaps 'Radioactive' por Imagine dragones resonates with the storyline, in that it primarily centralises on how many things have altered, as of the apocalypse. In addition, with regards to Peeta's sentimental attachment to Katniss, 'Mirrors' por Justin Timberlake seems appropriate. :) Xxxx
