Where can i get th beads to make a cam half blood collar

tu could use model magic clay, which is found at most craft stores. Then tu can just paint over it with whatever designs tu want.

it depends... if tu want to sketch them in, go to Michael's. they have beads over there wher tu can sketch things in them. hope i helped
