YES finally someone who agrees with me xD nathan kress might not be chinese canadian but he looks CLOSE enough to what a chinese canadian would look like....i think xD but he'd be perfect, i mean hes funny and looks like what i imagined frank to look like.

I think Nathan could be pretty good Frank but the fact that Nathans not Chinese and Frank is just kills it. So no.
