that's actually a really good question. because obviously, a lot of people would think that he would go to Camp Half-Blood, where all his friends are and it's close to NY, where he lives. but then again, he might stay at Camp Jupiter because of being praetor, and he wants to raise a family there and stuff. but i think Camp Half-Blood wins this, because that's just where his journey as a demigod started, and all that. but there is a possibility for him to stay at Camp Jupiter-- idk what RR is going to do, but i'm hoping Percy'll stay at Camp Half-Blood, because that's just the enfriador, refrigerador camp :P
If RR does mover him to CJ it would make sense cos he sort of hinted at it in SoN when Percy dicho it looked like a great place to live and raise a family.
He will want to be with Annabeth, but after the prophecy is over I think he will want to go to camp half blood but camp jupiter has the city where lots of older demigods live. o another possibility is that after the war is over and the two camps are no longer enemies they might become one camp so Percy might not even have to choose.
I think Percy will be killed off por Rick Riordan in the Mark of Athena o be betrayed por his friends o something. Although if he did live I reckon he'd go to camp Jupiter.
Now there are a million ways to look at this, because RR - like many authors - is just as unpredictable as he is predictable. Now lets see...
Possibility A Percy would most probably want to stay at CJ due to the fact that he could have a better and easier life there with Annabeth. But - being demigods - Annabeth and Percy aren't selfish and would probably stay at CHB as to not let anyone down.
Possibility B Percy simply stays at CHB. It's inicial to him. I hope no further explanation is needed :P
Possibility C Take another look at Possibility A. What if it was vise versa? What if Percy wanted to go back to CHB but couldn't because he was Praetor now, and he couldn't just leave his duties behind. Like what i dicho about Percy not being selfish.
Possibility D Look at Possibility C. If Percy's at CJ, then Jason would probably end up as leader of CHB, thus making it easier for Percy to let go ( assuming Percy trusts Jason).
So all in all - i cant be sure if Percy'll stay at CJ o not. But i have a feeling he'll go back to CHB He could always alternate between the two because the only reason the camps were separated was because romans and greeks don't get along. But if they make peace por the end of the book, it shouldn't be a problem. Except its unrealistic thinking. No one would go through such a hassle and it probably wont happen - which is why this isn't listed as Possibility E : P Hope this helped your question. Which was quite interesting and i cant believe i hadn't pondered upon it until now! :P

yeah well i have a BIG imagination #shudders# for better o worse...
Well, he could stay at Camp Half-Blood because, well, it was his home. That's also closer to his parents in New York and it's where Annabeth and all his friends are.
But, he might stay at Camp Jupiter because that's where he's praetor and that's where Frank And Hazel are.
What might happen is that he'll stay at CAmp Half-Blood, but once he gets to a certain age, will mover to Camp Jupiter with Annabeth(?) to live and raise a family.
But, this is Rick Riordan's decision.. so, yeah.:)
