Should I read The heroes Of Olympus?

The first book doesn't have Percy, but he is mentioned. It's about three new characters, Annabeth is in it. In the segundo book Percy and two new characters are the main characters. I think the third book will focus on the three from the first book but Percy will be there.

It's an new story, it picks up a few months after the end of The last Olympian, they have a new enemy to face. If tu want it to be all about Percy, then no tu probably won't like it very much. If tu just want to read about Demigods the you'll probably like it.

Um HELL YES!

I went through the same thing. I din't want to be disapointed o ruin the good ending the last one had. but I loved this!!! It's so fun to have all the old people back and be back in demigod world. It's really fun to see Annabeth and people like that in the books.
Oh and Percy is in all of the 2nd book. :D it was so good.
I'm pretty sure the 3rd is gonna have Percy and Annabeth and all the old favorites.

the new characters aren't that bad, and Percy still is in it. it's continued on from The Last Olympian, so it's fine.

Actually if I were tu I would wait because it wont take long to read the libros but he's not even halfway through the series and as tu can tell we are crazy from waiting and waiting because he leaves cliffhangers so I would wait until at least the third book comes out so that way tu don't have to through the same stress but otherwise this is a great series and very addicting

No. Rick Riordan put excess (and unneeded) violence in there. Plus, it's not a very well written series.

Well, I'm only on Son of Neptune. But I would have to say that if tu want to understand how the story continues, tu would have to read it. Be warned: in The lost Hero there is NO part of the story in Percy's point to view. In Son of Neptune there is though...so....I would read it if tu want to see how it all turns out at Camp Half-Blood and the 7 from the prophecy :)

Its a pretty good series and it doesnt really ruin the ending of the other book it just adds on to it but its a AWESOME series u should defenitly read it and yes percy and annabeth are still in the series but 3 other characters are added

Well, there's one big difference. Percy Jackson and the Olympians is first person narrative. heroes of Olympian is third person narrative. I personaly like Percy Jackson series better. But heroes of Olympians is okay, too. Not as good as Percy Jackson, though. Just don't keep your hopes too high.

Yes tu totally should read it. It still has Percy and everyone else but there are also main characters in the series. I personally loved the first couple of books
