The Closer to continue without Kyra Sedgwick? 

I'm not sure how I feel about this. If there is no Brenda, than there is no Fritz, which is just not okay. Plus, to me she is the show, and I'm not sure all the other characters can carry the show like she does.

IT ISN'T THE CLOSER WITHOUT HER! SHE IS THE CLOSER! I mean really what are they supposed to call it, The Sanchez who enjoys beating people up, or The Pope who screws up massively every day, or wait I got i The Gabriel Sissy Extraordinare! Brenda leaving the show would just wreck it. so i would rather have closer end with brenda then it continue without her.

That's what I thought at first too, but then I heard some rumors about them doing a show with Captain Raydor as the star, which could be interesting I guess? I'm just trying to figure out how they will incorporate the major crimes squad into a show about internal affairs...unless Raydor takes over for Brenda once she leaves? I guess we will just have to wait and see!
