I love a good mixture:

Sawyer&Kate in 3x06 - You get the emotional, meaningful part with the "When were you planning on telling me this?" "Never." "Why not? Why wouldn't you?" "Because I wanted you to believe we had a damn chance." ++ the assassination scene. And obviously the hot/steamy scene is the amazing sex scene!

Definitely! Sex scenes...umm... sorry, hot, steamy scenes are important and very enjoyable for the viewer (as well as the actors, probably), but the emotional scenes are what makes me ship a couple <3 And my favorites moments from my favorite couples are always the emotional ones.

I like all three category, though.
