Should I watch House M.D?

So House is starting here in the UK on Sky1 on the weekend and I know loads of people say it's amazing so I want to know is it worth me checking it out?

i was just like tu 2 months ago...then i started watching it and no its my in my parte superior, arriba 3 favorito! series...its amazing!!!
