ER - To watch o not to watch?!

I was thinking of watching ER from the beginning, but the problem is I've never actually seen a full episode. Would tu recommend it? I amor House, but hate Grey's Anatomy, so which is it más like? Is it funny? Is it más medical o relationship oriented? Who has been in it? Thanks in advance for any help! :D

Julianna Margulies as in Alicia Florrick in The Good Wife?! Wow, she's an amazing actress! Noah Wyle's good too. George Clooney being a great actor kind of goes without saying! XD I heard Lisa Edelstein was in it, that's actually one of the reasons why I want to watch it! Okay, thanks so much! :D
