How old is Robin in Teen Titans?

And does he have this memory(with the titans) when he is in "Young Justice"? o it has nothing to do with it?

How could he? it was mentioned once in the mostrar that Robin was 4 feet tall! i don't think 17 18 yr olds are that short! especially boys! Unless he's a dwarf, which he isn't. He is thirteen!
