Hmmm I've met celebrities before and I know how to stay calm but the one thing I have noticed is some(most) fans forget to breathe and almost pass out. so yeah stay calm and remember to breathe lol

I'm sure he'll understand if you're nervous and excited. You won't be the first fan he meets, after all, and being kind of awestruck in a situation like this is perfectly normal. Just don't act like Becky Rosen and you should be fine.
