I think there is a chance there could be, I mean why not? Is there any proof other wise? I would like to think if there is evil out there then there is some people protecting us. :)

I wouldn't really say hunters are real, but there are definitely people like the Ghostfacers.

Yeah I think if they are hunters in real life they are leaning more toward the "Ghostfacers" side then the Sam and Dean side.
But I like to have an open mind :)

Well...I'll restate my unequivocal belief that ghosts and demons are real. I consider paranormal investigators as hunters; sure, some of them are laughable, but there are the serious ones who have a healthy respect for the supernatural and really try to help people. It's the same with demonologists, religious demonologists, clergy and exorcists - all these people exist, and if they didn't have a job to do, why would they be trained in the first place? They are all hunters, in my opinion, and are as close to what Sam and Dean do as you can get. :)

None of the answers really fit me. There's people that try, I guess, but since I don't believe in ghosts and monsters in real life (don't shoot me, please don't shoot me!), I doubt that they're successful.
