10???? is ten enough to evaluate that mind - blowing episode what I've just seen?? People I can't find words to describe my emotions while watching it!!! I swear I was ready to give anything to stop that suffering Sam had to go through :(((( Dean doesn't care if Sam dies, as long as he dies human? ! That killed me! and I nearly died when Dean uttered that CURSED word - MONSTER! OMG I'll never forget Sam's face after hearing it :((((

it's so freaking awesome episode , and what the hell up with Cas if i ignored talking 2 Dean like A Jerk or turnning Anna 2 the Angels , but i cant ignore that he is the one let Sam out , i dont understand they wanted Dean 2 stop Sam and now they do that , or all they care about is stopping the end of the world no matter what the coast is , so Sam will kill Lillth and turn evil and Dean has 2 kill him that's worth it as long as they will save the world , then they are no better than demons

I gave this episode 10/10 it was one of the best,was very moving to see two brothers relationship falling apart.
Come on Season 5.

Like I said on a different pick the first half of the episode was pretty boring and almost put me to sleep. Also it was really choppy. It was all over the place. I didn't like that much. I did like the last 20 to 15 minutes though. It made up for the other half, but I still couldn't bring myself to give it a high rating. This episode was a bit of a let down for me. Sorry.

Guys don't give it a 10/10, that only means the finale can be worse not better.

A perfect 10!I was on the verge of tears throughout the entire episode!Sam's hallucinations were the best part,simply revealing all the things we have been discussing for the past year *stars crying* :(

my God it was amazing. Dean vs. Sam i've waited all year for this. plus Sam showed his ture colors. It broke my heart there not with each other but i hate Sam and love Dean. I hope Dean comes out ok and Sam can be fixed so i can like him again.
