Natalie88 I wish I knew.. that's just my guess, because human can't return in a new body, so maybe it's a demon from previous seasons or episodes, but it's also possible that someone would rise from dead after the apocalypse, John for example :)

por the time Sam and Dean reached the motel, it was very near daybreak, and as the Impala pulled up and crunched on the harsh rocky gravel a familiar figure emerged from the motel’s grand entrance. Dean switched off the engine and both brothers got out of the car to greet Helen.
