No matter what new storyline is coming up i think i should be less sad. Dean and Sam have gone through enough and i would really like it if the Dean-Ben-Lisa storyline is brought again.
Monsters/Demons in Purgatory reaping revenge on Cas (Bye Cas nice knowing you!!! Don't come back) before Dean beats them big time and escapes to reunite with Sam.
