Season 1 Episode 09: In this episode, Rachel gets suspended for leaking a confidential client list to the opposition. I cannot imagine that a legal firm would not have employees sign contracts that would prohibit the employee from taking a job at any major opposing firm within a time limit that could still affect an open legal case. Rachel got offered a job at another firm. There is no way this would have happened near this quickly without Pearson Hardman stepping in.
