ApplePie88 I think that's Klaus. Now I really don't think it's Stefan. Stefan doesn't look like that from the back. It looks more like JoMo.

Warrior-Petrova ^If it's Stefan, it might be from the flashback, him compelling her to forget about him. And maybe that's why she didn't recognize his face in the Pilot. It makes sence, but in the promo of 3x22 we'll see what are her clothes. And @g3u16, they are not sure if it's Stefan.

I found this pic of Stefan and Klaus from the side and it looks a lot like Klaus' hairline: http://images5.fanpop.com/image/photos/29600000/Stefan-klaus-klaus-and-stefan-29675019-630-420.jpg When I first saw that promo pic I thought it was Stefan, but then I saw someone saying they thought it was Klaus so I took a closer look and it very well could be. I hope Stelena fans won't mind me posting here. I'm not here to cause trouble, just looking for spoilers of what's to come, like so many others LOL! I respect your ship and will keep watching whatever the outcome :)
