It seems quite reasonable for her to like Soul. But perhaps that's too expected.

I would assume she likes Soul and maybe slightly Kid,But know one really knows because they never say if she likes anyone o not..

It was dicho on the wiki that her and Kid did have a strong friendship, but nothing about a amor relationship. And Black*Star, well, he just annoys the crap out of her. But her and Soul probably have a crush on each other.
