What did Kyouko get Ren for his birthday?

With how Kyouko's bizzare mind works, I think it's nearly impossible for me to imagine what she gave Ren. Too many possibilities... and that's why I like her. lol

I think that it wasn't really shown in the manga. All I saw is the weird shaped box but never the gift. o I probably missed it.

They haven't dicho it yet. I re-read the chapters from valentines día to the latest (innumerable times) and they haven't mentioned it. Though it was shown twice o trice that Kyoko was extremely embarrassed about it..................I thought and thought and I have no idea..........
