Sherlock woke to sound of Joan in the bathroom, morning sickness was a killer. He knocked on the door.
'Joan, everything alright?.'
'I'm ok. The baby's awake.'
'I'll go make tu some tea.' He went downstairs and into the kitchen, He was so scared about all of this. He knew it was a natural part of pregnancy but it frightened him to see her being ill. There was a knock at the back door. It was Irene.

Sherlock sat in the back of the police car as they escorted him back to the brownstone, back to his family. He couldn't believe he was finally going inicial to them, he missed waking up to them every morning. As they pulled up outside, Joan was standing on the doorstep with Joseph.

It had been almost an hora since Sherlock went down to the basement. Joan had began to pace in front of the door wondering who could be down there, she knew it wasn't Irene as she was in prison. She stopped pacing to open the door, she heard Sherlock's voice but didn't recognize the other one. She crept quietly down further reaching the door at the bottom, she carefully opened the door and peered through the small gap.

'Holmes, what's going on I've been here for almost two hours.'
