Joan sat in the interview waiting for Gregson and campana to mostrar up. She couldn't help but wonder where Sherlock could have gone. He didn't have anyone left to help him. He was alone. The door opened and Gregson came in.
'How could tu let this happen? I thought Sherlock was your... i don't know friend?.'
'It wasn't my decision.'
'Your the captain. Everything that happens gets run por tu first.'

'If he found out that this guy use to be a junkie he would go ballistic then we'd all get fired.'

Sherlock woke in an alleyway. He felt a bit lightheaded but that was probably from the dehydration .He managed to get to his feet and leaned against the wall. He was so tried. He couldn't go back to his flat. the police would be there, and he couldn't go in anywhere without people recognizing him, the police put out an appeal on the tv. Now he knew what a criminal felt like, but he felt like a rata in a maze, there's a way out he just can't find it. He picked up his stuff and made is way out of the alleyway, covering his face with his scarf. As he walked he started to think about Joan. She didn't deserve this, he should have treated her better. He looked at the ring on his hand and sighed, wondering if she would ever forgive him.
Joan had been in the police station for almost two hours. She was waiting for Gregson's decision about what they would do with her. After a minute, he came in followed por Detective Bell, who sat opposite her.
'Miss Watson, the New York police have decided to pardon tu if tu work with us to find Holmes.'
'No.'

'I know, if i don't do this then you'll arrest me for preventing the course of justice. The answer is still no.'
'This man is a criminal.'
'This man? Sherlock is not a criminal, he's done nothing wrong.'
'Then why is he running from us? and anyway, we've already searched his flat and there is evidence that enlaces him to Irene Adler.' Joan looked at him confused.

'We're not at liberty to say.'
'Because i'm now a "Criminal"?.'
'No, but a jury might see tu as one.'
'That's enough Detective. I'd like to speak to Miss Watson in private.' campana got up and left. 'Don't worry, this will not go to trail.'

Sherlock took his phone out of his pocket. He told Joan he couldn't answer his phone. He realized right there and then what she was doing. He declined it then decided to call Gregson

'Gregson don't say anything, just listen. I need tu to get Joan out of this. She doesn't need to get involved.' Gregson went into his office.
'She's already involved. campana thinks she helped tu escape and he is determined for this to go to trial.'

'We have evidence which says tu are o were in a relationship with Irene and a plane ticket ready to depart to Londres in two days. It's not looking good Holmes.'
'Do me a favor. Put Watson on.' Gregson set his phone down the escritorio and ask Joan to come into his office.
'Phone call for you.' He left to give her some privacy. She picked the phone up.
'Hello?.'
'Joan.'
'Sherlock? oh my god! Are tu ok?.'
'Yeah i'm fine. Listen, Gregson told me all the facts and... it's not looking good.'
'I know. I'm sorry for trying to phone you.'
