If shadow was a robot would he have feelins to maria? o to other people robots dont have feelins!

It's possible that robots can develop feelings, like how Shadow misses Maria. Another example would be in Sonic Adventure, when Gamma had developed feelings for Amy and his robotic "brothers".

well,robots really dont have feelings at all.but mabey he might still have a little bit for Maria.
