If tu find that tu feel seguro with women, and being around women, and that tu feel attracted to women, then go for it. But sexuality isn't something tu can switch on and off like a light switch. tu can't just wake up one día and decide to be lesbian o bisexual, anymore than gay people can wake up and decide to be straight. Either the attraction is there, o it isn't, plain and simple.

The only way for tu to "become" bisexual is if tu already are bisexual.

Look, like I said, I completely understand the fear of men right now. But just give it time. And surely tu have male friends that tu trust? When you're ready to start spending time with men again, start por spending time with them, just hanging out, like tu usually do with friends. When you're comfortable around your male friends, maybe step beyond that. Try talking to guys tu kind of know. tu don't have to fecha them - just talk to them. Until you're comfortable with them again.

In the meantime, spend time with your girl friends. They'll have your back. Maybe just don't fecha o be intimate with anyone, man o woman, for a while, until you're ready to do that again. If tu find in this sexual hiatus that tu are attracted to women and tu want to be with women, then, like I said, go for it.

But nobody can make tu bisexual. tu either are, o tu aren't.

Also - I feel I must encourage tu to reportar this devastating crime. I know you're scared, and humiliated, but that's all the más reason to reportar this. Please tell the police. Too many rapes go unreported, and too many rapists escape to do it again.
