Well, when tu want to get pregnant and you've both been tested, then it would be ok to have unprotected sex.
Other than that, I would say never. When you've been with each other for quite some time, tu could lose the condoms but only if you've both been tested for STD's and the girl is on birth control. However I would still use condoms because it further reduces the risk of getting pregnant.
When tu both been tested to mostrar you're disease-free & healthy enough to have sex, when it's with the person tu know trust & love, and when you're married. =)
If you're really drunk o if tu don't have anything available.

This is a stupid comment. tu should just always keep a condom with you, precisely for when tu get in a situation that tu didn't plan. No protection=no sex.
It is a stupid comment. This site is for consejos about sex for people who need answers. tu jusst gave very irresponsible consejos that can be read por young people who might have no one around who tells them that it is stupid. So I'll say it is a stupid comment, so they know not to take it serious. If tu want to take that risk, fin, but please don't encourage teenagers to do the same.
Well, I am perfectly fine, so if they wanna do the same, I'll not stop them. I dicho I'll take the risk of getting a STD if I have to, and that is, of course, a negative side por what I do. But I am willing to risk it, and if other people feel the same, they should do it. This is also a site for people who are being fans of sex and want to share their experiences. I did that. tu might not agree with my answer, but I don't agree with yours either.
I get where you're coming from, but when tu explain it like this it makes a lot más sense then it did in your original comment. With some explanation I think it woul've been a better advice, like when tu dicho it was a risk tu take not put like it is something that might not have any consequences. tu obviously thought about those, so I respect that. And I think it is ok that we disagree about this, everybody experiences sex differently after all.
I don't know if it's stupid, but I do think it's bad advice, especially to give to a young teen. Your risks are your own. But I always encourage people to take minimal risks with sex, and that includes always using protection, unless in a long-term monogamous relationship when tu want to get pregnant, like Sappp said.
When you're in a loving, caring, monogamous relationship and neither of tu have something, in my opinion. Casual sex is cool too, just not unprotected.
Your honeymoon-be wild take chances, o when tu know the most about your partner and tu both have gotten yearly physicals so tu dont have any genital diseases. o BABY TIME!
