He is your boyfriend :) tu are not together with him because he has the biggest o most awesome penis, I guess. Tell him that tu think he uses the wrong size, but also that it doesn't really matter to tu and tu enjoy sleeping with him - considering tu still do. Plus if tu only use condoms for protection it's rather important to use a size that's not way too big :/
