Why didnt we see JD's and Elliot's wedding?

I really wanted to see a section on their wedding but it was only kinda revealed when JD was officially leaving Sacred Heart. There was no actually taping. :(

Well they had a kid and they refer to it and act like it in season 9....

ahh, see here's where i wasn't very clear. i don't consider S9 to be part of Scrubs. i never watched it, so for me it ended with JD's fantasía of a possible future in the S8 finale. so sorry about that. i guess they didn't mostrar it because they've had so many weddings on the mostrar that they didn't want to mostrar another one.
