In the movie o in the series? In the movie they did kick him out because he was planning on taking over the gang and because they got on his nerves.(I'm a big Scrappy fan, so I basically hated that part of the movie) In the series, i'm guessing since he refered to Scooby as uncle Scooby then Scrappy lives with his mom o dad, and only visited Scooby and the gang every now and then. I'm not sure if that's true o not, that's just what I think. But they sooooo need to bring Scrappy back. Come fanpoppers, let's petetion.
....Scrappy Doo.......perhaps the single most hated character in all of fiction in all its various forms. Had the Internet existed at that time Scrappy was introduced, he would not have Endured beyond 10 episode. The intense hatred for him would've been known within a matter of hours, not years. Where is Scrappy doo? He's living well on the island of misfit sidekicks & mascotts in a quaint little duplex siguiente door to sexual harassment panda. He's been there since the mid 80's under the witness protection program. The obnoxious little shit-stain was so hated that the US government cut a deal that was in the people's best interest. He would live in the lap of luxury on a secluded island filled with other's in his "predicament" and would want for nothing as long as he lived. However, he is bound to the island and can never, ever, ever, ever return to our society. No contact with the outside world whatsoever. There are of course the rumors circulating that he died 87' in a tragic hunting accident. o the one where he died in a parasailing accident in 88' while vacationing in the Florida keys. In the early 90's it was even "confirmed" that he found employment escritura jokes for Pauly Shore. This of course was never substantiated. But with enough digging I found the truth through documents that were recently made public record. He was receiving death threats daily and attempts on his life were becoming commonplace. We all know how hard it is to successfully kill a toon it's very difficult what with the "dip" being made illegal in 1956. The only real option was to cut a deal with very people that wanted him dead. After crossing the t's and dotting tha i's he was to disappear and never return to the public eye again. However a bounty on his head is still standing in the amount of $125,000,000 (preferably dead)..... It's never been made public who green-lit Scrappy but as long as he stays off of American soil his life is not forfeit. If your not satisfied with his banishment and feel that death is the just reward for the misery he has caused tu can sign an online petition at killthatobnoxioussonofabitch.org/ and with any luck and a lot of support his "deal" can be deemed null and void if congress rules favorably to the petitions purpose. They may of gone their separate ways. Scrappy wanting to fight the monsters went to far. He didn't mean to. He caused a mystery to fail and the monster got away. This harmed the gangs reputation. Scrappy felt bad so he told the gang he will leave to go on his own adventures. They dicho goodbye. Most of the gang don't like to talk about Scrappy because of the harm he caused, but Shaggy and Scooby get letters from Scrappy every now and then, they remember the good times like the Ghoul School with Scrappy. After all Scooby is family with Scrappy.
