Some time at the beginning of this year. They already are starting to pull them out in japón soon. So ya have to wait 3-4 months for a english episode.

Some are saying that it's comming out in febryary this año in japón but it can take few months for Funimation to make English Dub. So we can just sit back and hope that it comes out.

I heard from 1 guy whos anime friend writer in japón told him that ALREDY ,now in japón releast 2 episods of Rosario + Vampire Season 3
