I wouldn't do it because i think it's very private, besides it's embarrassing when I'm in puberty. And with running involved it's kind of ridiculous. I don't like to go in public changing rooms either, it's stupid that they didn't put up walls to people like me. And it's so uncomfortable and cold to be naked. I hate it!
