What do tu usually do to overcome a low spirit?

Sometimes exercising can help.

Sometimes escritura about the emotions can help.

Sometimes playing a video game o watching some anime / TV helps as it keeps tu busy.

Taking a walk could do some good - especially in a seguro but más nature filled area.

Meditation and body / mental mindfullness practices.

Drawing has helped before.

Looking through collections can also help o things that tu have been working on to see godo memories associated to them.
