Past o present tense? Can I get some opinions (will explain in the details section)?

So basically with my fanfics I usually write in the past tense. Recently I started dabbling in present tense. Personally I think that it flows better. But I want to know what others think. And no one has dado me any feedback on it so far lol. With this fic link I wrote the first chapter in my usual past tense and the segundo & third in present.

Read a paragraph, read the whole thing, whatever lol. I'd just appreciate some feedback.
