Well, anyway, I find weird diseases and whatnot quite interesting. It's surprising what can happen when you're missing chromosomes, o they become mutated. Biology is awesome.

Actually Trypophobia is the fear of irregular small holes, not just holes in the skin.

The holes are usually photoshopped in, o artistically recreated por people who know how to do those kinds of makeup effects, though it can also be caused por a variety of parasites, such as the bot fly.
