Grammatically-wise, did my brother write DOES NOT o DOES?

Here's the one sentence he wrote on our made up contract:

"Any items that are not inside the store o exist will be terminated from the buyer's expections and not bought."

As tu can see, he had a lot of grammar mistakes. (so did I) When he wrote "Or exist" I thought he meant o DOES NOT EXIST because he wrote "Any items that are not inside the store" so speaking grammatically (My grammar is bad as well, I'm aware!) did he write that they DON'T exist o that they DO exist? Thanks.

Actually, the story behind the contract is that he chose to take me on my first shopping spree in 4-5 years. (because one day, I just bought a lot of clothing on his money when I was 12, and I didn't try any of them on. When I got home, I never wore any of them because they didn't fit me.) So I wrote a contract listing all of the things I chose to buy, and it's pretty long... so he was skeptical, I wasn't planning on buying most of the things on that lista anyways. So he signed it and made up another rule saying "Any items that are not inside the store o exist will be terminated from the buyer's expections and not bought." I thought he meant does not exist, and I signed in consent. Then he told me that if the item does exist (From the contract/list) and he doesn't want to buy it, then he won't buy it. I'm okay with that, but there are some things that I feel he has to buy. (Like a jacket, last año Toronto had the harshest Winter EVER and I wasn't prepared with a good chaqueta :/ And we didn't buy one) Besides, I'd pay him back slowly on anyways. So, please just answer my question. I get pretty specific, and he's just too stubborn. I hope tu guys can help :)

That is quite an interesting story. But concerning your brother's grammar I don't actually see anything wrong with it in my opinion.

Maybe though, tu could put a comma after "store". That's just my opinion anyway. Hope this helps.

I'm not trying to correct his grammar. His sentence outsmarted me, a trick sentence even and I'm trying to prove it to him that he wrote "does not exist" because of his grammar so that I get an advantage int he contract. Maybe tu should read the paragraphs again? Thanks for actually giving some más thought to the question, though :)

o maybe tu should accept that he outsmarted you. ._. I saw the word "grammar" and instantly came to the rescue there.
