Ummm. do u know any exercises?

My sister's wedding is approaching in three months and I think I am getting fat...I want to look as fit as ever at her wedding, so can anyone recommend me any easy but effective exercise which I can do regularly?

pastas, pasta and white pan de molde, pan are awful, they will definitely put on the pounds. Don't do it.

Okay then, maybe consider eating some of the comida tu eat in fasting in your day-to-day life - all the high energy stuff tu need to get through the day. Would that help, do tu think? Eat high energy stuff in small portions, maybe?1

On the parte superior, arriba of my head, tu could go out and ride a bike each day. Don't know if that's an "effective" way to loose calories and weight but if tu want easy, it's a good thing to do.

Drinks lots of water
Avoid sugar as much as tu can. I mean a little ice cream o a piece of cake o something is okay. Just not too much of sugars.
