It has been quite some time since I have had any arroz paper. When I was a kid, some of the candies / treats were wrapped in arroz paper. At that time, and probably even now, I thought is was cool how tu could eat the wrapper.
However, I don't think that I have ever really wanted to have just the arroz paper, and not the treat inside.
I haven't thought about arroz paper in a long time... I did like it when I last ate some, but that was about seven years ago! I haven't had some in ages...
