So i do gymnastics and i am try to lose a little weight i am 105 i want to be 96. competition start in 3 months thats how long i have to lose weight.

My thighs are 21 inch
My lower abs are 29 inch and i go around my belly button
my middle abs are 27 inch
my upper abs are 27 inch

On my thighs i want to be around 19
On my lower abs i want to be 27 o 26
On my middle abs i want to be 26
On my upper ads i want to be 26 o the same

just tell em what i have to do and i will do it.

and i go to gymnastics mon 4 pm - 6 pm tue 4 pm - 8 pm wed 4 pm - 6 pm thu 4 pm - 8 pm fri 4 pm -8 pm

and we work out everyday an don frieday we run for like 10 min

Your weight should be between 86-105. It looks like being 96 isn't exactly bad. Okay,you have to exercise and eat healthy food. That's really all there is to it. Just don't lose past 86 o you'll be way too weak and skinny.

well i am really strong and i was 111 so i have lost weight but its like i ma stuck and i do eat right i eat egg white and beans and chicken but i so not have a fast lol i forgot what it is called whatever its called the ting that burns comida but ya i do all that but it is just working out i nned to know something that i can do in like 10 min cuz i am so bizzy
