What is your take on this?

I called my bff over to my house like a week hace and she made it sound like she was coming so the siguiente día I cleaned everything and waited for her to call and stuff around noon. and she basically didn't come, didn't call, no warning what so ever. and hasn't called since the día before I asked her to come over. Should I be mad? Cause I kinda am. she's like my bfitew (best friend in the entire world) and I would've never expected her to do that.
