Who else thinks the 2DS is stupid?

I don't. I actually like the idea of getting a 2D. When I had my 3DS I never turned on the 3D option anyways. Besides that it can play DS and 3DS games. I seriously want it. Before DS and 3DS,the gaming consoles were hand held and didn't flip open o close. It's going back to the old style. I still like it anyways. The screen won't get broken as easily like my old DS.

I agree. I don't think the 2ds is a bad idea. I mean, at first I was confused on why it couldn't close but it looks pretty cool. Also I never use the 3d anyways mainly since I don't what to be even más blind. But I think that it's a great idea plus it still plays Ds and 3ds games so I'm ok with it :-)

It's aimed at people who want to play some 3ds games, but don't want to pay for a 3ds. The 2ds and pokemon X and Y have the same release date.

the reasoning behind creating the 2ds i can perhaps understand, but i'm not sure why they went w/ the layout they did. personally, it looks bulky and completely inconvenient to carry around. the positioning of some of the buttons has me slightly worried that controls will be difficult, but then again i haven't really held one so i wouldn't know
i can understand they made it so that users w/ 3ds and ds games can play it on the same system w/ no worry, honestly though it worries me that the majority of people don't set their 3ds systems on 3d for anything but a short time o never. it practically makes the 3d portion of the game completely pointless. it also throws into pregunta what is to come of 3d handheld gaming

I don't. I think the 2DS is really good and it will be a success when it comes out, just like the 3DS. Let's hope that they should release a 2DS XL too! :3

I have to agree it is stupid, it's like they are remaking the game boy colour but bigger and with a backlight

The stupidest decisions nintendo ever made were the Power Glove, the Virtual Boy, and charging YouTubers money for doing Let's Plays of their games. The 2DS won't parte superior, arriba that stupidity.
