Seriously. Why is Tumblr better than Fanpop? Give a descripción that makes Tumblr special

It doesn't go for everyone on Tumblr but

IMO, the big thing is that the people I meet on Tumblr are so much más unique and open-minded and eager to engage the world than people on here. The people I'm friends with on Tumblr are creative and abstract and unique and they're fucked up, man, they're irrevocably fucked up but that doesn't make them want pity from everyone like I've seen here on occasion. Hey, maybe I just haven't found the right people on fanpop yet, but right now Tumblr people > fanpop people.

Well, I amor both sites, but maybe I amor tumblr a bit más because if you're making arts (edited images) your work is really appreciated there; like when tu see that one of your image sets got 100+ notes in the last few hours... whilst on fanpop tu rarely get a comentario on something you've added, not to mention fanning o any other kind of feedback...but maybe it's just me.

i suppose its far más active, it has all the stuff that i'm interested in (my fandoms, etc). i also use it to contact my best friend who lives in california. i've also embraced ideals that probably wouldve been unchecked had it not been for tumblr. the only reason i'm into homestuck is because of the pretty fanart on tumblr

thats why i enjoy it at least. i also like being able to customize my blog and stuff .w.

I dunno. I don't have a Tumblr, but I stalk the threads with fanart of my OTPs.

Really tu can posts things tu love, reblog things tu love, and find people that amor the same things as you, and tu can also find some really amazing people there. tu can customize your blog so it really captures who tu are and that's amazing, tu can also change your url whenever. Really it's a place where tu can just be yourself and make friends.
That is why I think tumblr is better than fanpop.

A Tumblr blog is más personal, tu have all your fandoms on one page, there's más freedom.

I don't really understand tumblr, its set up is very confusing to me and I seriously just don't understand it (sadly). I don't like ranting about my life, and I know that my life isn't that interesting, so I don't a blog. Blogging is something very time consuming and is something that I don't have the time for and no one would even read o watch them (which would just be wasted effort).

fanpop is very easy to understand, and even though this website isn't as popular o as active as Tumblr, I like simple things. I also like the people here too, and most tumblrs are people who are probably much older than me. I spent a día on tumblr, and I honestly hated it. People always warn me to not get sucked in, but I was TRYING to get sucked in and I just couldn't! I got so aggravated with the set up, I literally screamed into a almohada and just deactivated my account. I never want to experience that ever again =___=

I amor them both a lot and am extreamly active on both at that. So I don't think any one site is better than the other.

On fanpop years ago, it was active, tame, I understood the website and talked to a lot of those people.
Now, they're gone.

Tumblr's active, I talk to way más people, they share things that I like (and it's actually theirs), and tu can also ask questions, enviar things to big blogs, and it's their blog, not a spot with all these things tu have to post.

A blog is way better than having your own spot. I think that's what's más important to me - what's yours. Plus, people can't comentario on your blog posts - better than people commenting on your wall. Not to mention the amount of freedom and free will tu have on a tumblr blog compared to a fanpop perfil page.

I'm just saying, tu have más freedom on tumblr.
