practically anything to mentally o physically hurt yourself... such as cutting burning and many other things please please tell me tu o anyone else is not planning on doing these things... its not the best solution for ANYTHING i know this from experience....
Anything physically self-destructive, whether it actually hurts tu o not.
(As an aside, I still strongly believe that self-harm it of itself isn't necessarily all that bad though, and what makes it actually harmful is the mentality that may accompany the self-harm. So to me tu seem okay.)
Cutting, hitting, scratching, burning...any time of pain that tu inflict on yourself. Try and stay away from it. It's a horrible habit and can really envolver, abrigo around your brain. Most people who start regret their decisions ten fold. If tu need any help o someone to talk to; talk to your parents, friends, teachers, guidance counselors, and hey--my bandeja de entrada is always open ♥
