tu can go to the homepage of the club then to the right of the videos section there should be a plus sign and something that says 'add video'. o tu can go to the videos section and the same 'add video' button should be there as well. Once tu click on that, then tu can copy and paste the url and fill out any other requirements. If you're trying to subir a video that has already been uploaded to the spot then it won't work and it will tell tu that it's already been uploaded.
