it's decent

i do like the eyes, but the rest of it i do seem to have issues with. i like the hair, but at the same time i think that with the chin and facial structure tu gave her, it seems lost to me. perhaps if tu shaded the neck region it would make más sense to me. I'm not sure I agree with where the collar bones are either. They seem to be throwing me off. the shoulders aren't necessarily helping either. try to work on structure, then go to detail

It would probably look better in color but not bad. Keep practicing

they eyes are uneven and their shading isn't quite right. The chin is too pointy, the collar bones are messed up, same with the shoulders. The hair is okay, it needs highlights to make it shine, the mouth is just there and needs some work. Over all it needs shading and detail.
