Steve's hair is kind of curved upwards at the back. I don't think Hidans is. I only know Steve, not Hidan, so I dunno. But seriously, if tu look at the normal ones, which are the way they are supposed to be like, they are nothing alike. Basically, that was such a stupid and baseless article.

I dont think its copyright infringment. Alot of manga and comicbook artist base their characters off other characters o people in real life. So Kishimoto sensei probably was inspired por Steve and went from there. Plus Kishimoto sensei also admits that alot of the inspiration for his naruto characters comes from the Dragonball franchise created por Toriyama sensei. Its just inspiration. And with Hidan being a minor character I dont think it matters all that much. And because I mentioned comicbooks, if tu look at Marvel's Ultimates i particular you'll see that Ironman looks like Johnny Depp and in other comics looks like Robert Downy Jr. even before RDJ dawned the red and oro suit. And Nick Fury (the black one) was made to look like Samuel L. Jackson before Jackson played him in the movies. And the original Nick Fury (the white one) was based off a supervisor in the Marvel Company. So yeah there tu go, alot más than tu needed.
