TURN ON ALL THE LIGHTS!

Turn on the TV to some cartoons.
Its ok i'm the same age and I the same problem sometimes.

do what i do, lock urself in ur room and go on ur computer

im not, im at my friends house on my phone with my other friend, but, u do have lights, don't you? tu also can turn on the radio and watch tv so its not quiet.

Well, what I suggest is:
1.Make sure all the doors are locked.
2. Turn on all the lights.
3.Turn the T.V. on.
4.Get a almohada o stuffed animal of some sort.
5.Go to your happy place.

make an imaginary friend, then tu won't feel so alone :D tu can watch TV and stuff! But seriously, if tu got a night light o somewhere go there so your neighbor can't see the light (It's kind of creepy though that tu neighbor is kind of stalking tu O.O)

If tu have animals: Cuddle with them and watch tv.

If tu do not have animals: take deep breaths and watch tv.

I don't like the dark either and I'm older than you. It just makes stuff worse for me.
