my opinion:
i saw that coming. The whole... thing with her head thing was unexpected, and unnecessary. The woman, after she died, looked like a doll. And if the man was so focused on watching the movie to ask her to turn her phone off, why did he take the time to use her head while the movie was playing after he killed her? Also, those other occupants aren't very aware of their surroundings are they? Plus, if he had actually killed her, she would have screamed louder and gone limp, pressing más than the 'a' button on her phone. and that was really bright for a movie theater.

it was actually poor directing and screenwriting. There could have been details edited to make it better.
