No Technically, they're not supposed to be here, and they're most likely not mature enough for some of the stuff that goes down here We talk about sex and swear like sailors and have really heavy topics like suicide and gay rights sometimes so really, they shouldn't be here, thus, the rule of being 13+

A good point, however, that doesn't happen on all of the clubs, mainly only this one... If the young ones can act mature on here, then I don't see any reason why they should be excluded.
@Black yes I see the point, I am quite mature for my age. But, I publicado comentarios underneath saying it also depends on what they did, they shouldn;t be banned JUST for being underage, they have to mostrar signs of that immaturity and innocence.
No. They aren't supposed to be on here, unless they are 13 and over. While I think it is okay for the mature ones to be on here, most of the younger ones end up being silly and rude to people when they disagree with something they like, o say something about anything they become a 'fangirl/fanboy' over. Honestly, if they haven't done anything wrong, then I think it is easier to just leave them alone - if they are on here and they respect others, then fine. If they did something wrong, then they definitely should be reported.

No, not unless there being real dick-faces. It's normal to reportar those kinda of underage kid's who defend talent-less fag's like Jusin Bieber. But reporting the underage kid's who are actually cool, mature, and respectable,yes, it is quite "Douchey".
Not it isn't. Some might consider it to be, but I think they should follow the 13+ rule. But it all depends on the person. If they can handle our weirdness and the graphic conversations that sometimes go on here, should be fine for them to stay. The ones who act like 5 año old's....should not be here.
Depends, did they do something wrong? I think it's kind of rude to reportar a mature user (who acts nicer/more appropriately) just for being a bit younger than 13. That's just my opinion.
yes and no all of u do make a good point but i didnt learn from my parents i learned from the internet and some día they r gonna learn when i was 12 i went on facebook and somebody reported me saying i was too young and i didnt do anything to that person i just talked to my 2 bffs and my cousins and my sis but if they did do something stupid yes i would reportar them too
No technically they shouldnt be here, but as long they act mature and not do anything wrong then i think there fine. Its just little innappropriate things tu find on fanpop evry now and then. Its not all that bad on here.
yes. i joined a few months ago, but im turning 13 in, like, two months, so i was gon change mah bday to tht day... but, im very mature, so i guess its cool. it just depends.
