Do tu have to upgrade your account to make stamps o something like that? I just joined yesterday (yes I'm slow T-T) and I was wondering how tu make stamps. Is it because tu make a group o something? Please help me!

tu can just take a stamp template like link and then open it up in photoshop o gimp o whatever tu have and add your text o something
